Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts
Minneapolis/St. Paul is located in Mendota Heights, just
outside of the Twin Cities area. Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts
Minneapolis/St. Paul is the first school in the United States to partner
with the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu program. Our modern facilities
and skilled instructors offer a progressive and comprehensive education
in the culinary arts.
Programs: We offer two Associate of Applied Science
Degrees through the program; Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program and
the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking program. Both can give students
the skills they need to succeed in the rewarding and in-demand field of
the culinary arts.
Admissions: Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts
at Minneapolis/St. Paul admits students who demonstrate an intense
desire and commitment to become a professional chef and or leader in the
food industry. Students are expected to show a high degree of motivation
and ambition. Candidates for admission must be high school graduates or
have completed an equivalency certificate (GED).
Financial Aid: Many students use financial aid to
help with their college costs. Our friendly Financial Aid staff is
available to assist you through the financial aid application process.
We are committed to helping every student, whether applying for
financial aid or paying by cash, in completing their financial aid plan.
