Texas Culinary Academy and their Le
Cordon Bleu program are located in Austin, Texas. The large and modern
facility offers students a supportive environment to develop their
creative culinary skills within the curriculum of the famous Le Cordon
Bleu program.
Austin is known as the live music capital of the United States, and
it offers a diverse environment rich in culture and fine entertainment.
Students will find excitement and new experiences in the capital of
Texas.
Programs: The Academy's curriculum combines
classical French cuisine with the inventiveness and innovations of
American culinary arts. Our accelerated 15-month program takes you
beyond just theory and practice and into the important world of hands-on
experience. Students are introduced to over two-dozen foreign cuisines
from many different cultures. Our expert faculty have a true passion for
the culinary arts and they are dedicated to helping aspiring Chefs
become creative and inspiring leaders in the field.
Admissions: To start the admissions process, you'll
participate in a personal information session to help you determine your
desires, your interest and where you fit at Texas Culinary Academy.
Financial Aid: Our friendly Financial Aid staff will
assist you through the financial aid application process. Financial Aid
is available for those who qualify.
