HOUSEBANK are an independent licensed estate
agent specialising in new, resale and rental property on the
Spanish Costas, Costa Del Sol and the Costa Blanca.
We operate our own offices in the UK and in
Spain. Through our offices in Spain we have at our disposal a
register of over three hundred properties. Our register is
made up of a wide selection of new developments covering
everything from the one bedroom apartment overlooking the
Mediterranean, to the most prestigious villa with it's own
private access to the golf course.
Alongside the new and unlike many promoters of
property in Spain, we have a varied selection of resale
properties. Many of these come from our past clients, who
having bought a holiday home have now decided to upgrade their
property and retire to Spain. Our resale list is constantly
being updated.
Probably the most important thing is
that we are in a position to supply you with independent
advice and information and through our own permanent staff in
Spain answer most, if not all your questions regarding
purchasing and living in Spain.

All enquiries are dealt with initially from our head office in
the,
United Kingdom, where experienced staff will be at your disposal to
answer any general questions you may have and if necessary talk you
through step by step the procedure for buying in Spain. After our
initial contact, your details will be passed to an English speaking
representative of HOUSEBANK operating in your chosen area. The agent
will contact you to provide further information on any specific
properties of interest to you. All our partner agents have an in-depth
knowledge of their own particular areas and have been established many
years.
Viewing Trips
If you wish to view the properties in person and
have decided on dates of travel our partners in Spain will arrange an
individual viewing itinerary to suit. We can, if required, advise on
flights, accommodation and car hire, or we can simply meet with you in
Spain at a mutually convenient time and location. Our agents can
arrange viewings whether it be for just the one or a dozen properties.
All have extensive knowledge of their own particular areas and can
provide you with detailed explanations covering all aspects of
property purchase as well as introducing you to suitable professionals
as required.
Should you decide to go ahead and buy a property on
your return to the U.K our representatives will be at your disposal in
the U.K until you actually receive the keys to your new property.

Who pays your
commission
The vendor pays our commission - buying a property through

is identical to purchasing a property via an estate agency in the UK.
Because we work through a network of estate agents, we are independent
of any one developer or agent. The price you see has the commission
level already built in - you will not get a better deal by going
direct. We prefer to organise a number of viewings of suitable
properties so that you have a choice. When you have made a decision we
will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible.
