The project consists of seven detached apartment blocks including 1,
2 & 3 bed apartments. They will be constructed on a 61,000 m² land
parcel of which 85 % will be allocated as green area.
The first phase will constitute an exclusive example of a modern
contemporary Turkish residential complex in what will become one of the
most impressive residential projects in Turkey and Europe.
One and 2 bed units (39m² - 70m²) are available for £1,000 per m² ,
however when purchased before 1st September a discounted rate of £900
per m² can be offered.
Investors can either choose to let their property on the
open market, with estimated rental yields projected to be approaching
10%, or opt for a 3 year rental guarantee, which would fix the returns
at a net of 6% per year for the first 3 years of ownership.
